Type A insurance

3.1.1. Emergency medical care provided to the Insured person for medical reasons
indications for sudden illness (including COVID-19) or
if she sustained bodily injuries as a result of an accident.
3.1.2. Emergency dental care provided to the Insured person for medical reasons
indications, with such a reimbursement limit:
– in case of acute toothache – up to 150 Euros,
– as a result of an accident – up to EUR 300.
3.1.3 Transportation of the Insured person in case of clinical necessity for medical
indications only to the nearest specialized hospital or doctor:
– by an ambulance or other vehicle;
– by air ambulance with the necessary medical support.
3.1.4.Repatriation of the Insured person (instead of continuation of emergency care for
abroad) with the necessary medical support (if such support is prescribed by a doctor and
agreed with the Assistance Company) from the place of residence of this person abroad to the country of his/her
accommodation.
The final point of the repatriation route in the country of permanent residence is the airport or
the nearest customs point of the repatriation route.
Decision on the need and possibility of repatriation, as well as on the choice of the method of its implementation and
the route is accepted by the Insurer in agreement with the Assistance Company, medical institution and
the Insured person’s doctor.
3.1.5. Repatriation of the Insured person’s remains (in case of his/her death as a result of an accident
or sudden illness) is carried out to the country where he or she was permanently residing, or burial
(cremation) of the Insured person’s body is carried out in the country of its location. All events with
provision of these services shall be organized exclusively by the Assistance Company, in agreement with the Insurer.
The Insurer shall indemnify expenses only for the minimum required set of services for
burial (cremation) of the Insured person’s body in the country of residence, but not more than 2000 (two
thousand) Euros.
The final point of the route of repatriation of the remains shall be determined by the Insurer in agreement with
An assistance company.

NOTE. In order to organize repatriation, the relatives of the deceased must provide as soon as possible
The Insurer has been duly provided with documents confirming their kinship with
by the deceased Insured person, as well as a statement confirming the readiness to pick up the body of the deceased after transportation of the coffin to the customs territory of the country where the Insured person permanently resided.
