What is important to us:

• Successful experience in selling a tourist product – at least 2 years (tour operator, agency);
• Excellent knowledge of one of the company’s destinations (country specifics, hotel facilities, excursion routes, etc.);
• Participation in promotional tours, webinars, exhibitions in the destination/experience of personal travel;
• Proficient user of MS Office, booking systems (SAMO Tour or similar), Google Apps;
• Knowledge of English at the conversational level (communication with foreign partners);
• Skills in effective sales, organizing and conducting presentations, webinars, infotours, and advertising campaigns;
• Good knowledge of the foreign tourism market, legislation and rules for processing travel documentation;
• Additional knowledge of other areas of the company will be an advantage;

Your tasks:

• Carry out a full cycle of sales and workflow on the referral, from request to closing the tour (10-15 incoming calls, 5-10 outgoing calls, up to 5 email requests per day);
• Advise the agent, select a program, add a service, order services, prepare documents, and control the quality of the tour;
• Respond to a non-standard request and create an individual program;
• Organize and conduct a presentation, webinar, information tour, or advertising campaign;
• Prepare reports and respond to complaints.
