To enter Andorra, you must have one of the following documents:

– a document confirming the receipt of one or more doses of COVID vaccines approved by the WHO for use in emergencies
– a negative PCR test or rapid antigen test taken 72 hours before entry
– a foreign COVID certificate confirming vaccination against COVID-19 with vaccines approved by the WHO for use in emergencies, a negative PCR test result or recovery from COVID-19

Unvaccinated citizens should install the app at home

You also need to have an insurance policy issued by a Ukrainian insurance company or a foreign insurance company that has a representative office in Ukraine
