Rules of entry to the Dominican Republic

Ukrainian citizens do not need a visa to enter the Dominican Republic for tourism purposes.

Citizens of Ukraine need to apply for a tourist card (“tarjeta del tourista”) at the airport of arrival.

The following documents are required to obtain a visa on arrival (tourist card):

To extend your stay for another 30 days, you need to contact the Dominican Republic Migration Service at your place of residence, in which case you will need to pay an additional tax. If you overstay on a non-renewed card, a fine is paid upon departure (62.4 pesos for up to 90 days, 100 pesos for a year, etc.).
