Type B insurance

3.1.1. Emergency medical care provided to the Insured person for medical reasons
indications for sudden illness (including COVID-19) or
if she sustained bodily injuries as a result of an accident.
3.1.2. Emergency dental care provided to the Insured person for medical reasons
indications, with such a reimbursement limit:
– in case of acute toothache – up to 150 Euros,
– as a result of an accident – up to EUR 300.
3.1.3 Transportation of the Insured person in case of clinical necessity for medical
indications only to the nearest specialized hospital or doctor:
– by an ambulance or other vehicle;
– by air ambulance with the necessary medical support.
3.1.4.Repatriation of the Insured person (instead of continuation of emergency care for
abroad) with the necessary medical support (if such support is prescribed by a doctor and
agreed with the Assistance Company) from the place of residence of this person abroad to the country of his/her
accommodation.
The final point of the repatriation route in the country of permanent residence is the airport or
the nearest customs point of the repatriation route.
Decision on the need and possibility of repatriation, as well as on the choice of the method of its implementation and
the route is accepted by the Insurer in agreement with the Assistance Company, medical institution and
the Insured person’s doctor.
3.1.5. Repatriation of the Insured person’s remains (in case of his/her death as a result of an accident
or sudden illness) is carried out to the country where he or she was permanently residing, or burial
(cremation) of the Insured person’s body is carried out in the country of its location. All events with
provision of these services shall be organized exclusively by the Assistance Company, in agreement with the Insurer.
The Insurer shall indemnify expenses only for the minimum required set of services for
burial (cremation) of the Insured person’s body in the country of residence, but not more than 2000 (two
thousand) Euros.
The final point of the route of repatriation of the remains shall be determined by the Insurer in agreement with
An assistance company.

NOTE. In order to organize repatriation, the relatives of the deceased must provide as soon as possible
The Insurer has been duly provided with documents confirming their kinship with
by the deceased Insured Person, as well as a statement confirming the readiness to pick up the body of the deceased after transportation of the coffin to the customs territory of the country where the deceased the Insured Person permanently resided.

3.2.1. The services specified in cl. 3.1 of this Insurance Certificate.
3.2.2 Visiting the patient.
If the Insured person, as a result of an accident or sudden
the patient has been in the hospital for more than ten (10) days and/or his or her health condition is
the medical report is critical, the Assistance Company organizes a visit from one of the
the Insured person’s immediate relatives, and the Insurer shall pay the travel expenses of the relative to
both sides (a ticket for travel by bus, or in a 2nd class railway carriage, or in
economy class of the aircraft) and the cost of hotel accommodation (no more than 4 days up to 50 Euros per
day). The type of transport and route, as well as the hotel for accommodation shall be determined by the Insurer.
3.2.3.Early return of the Insured person.
If one of the latter’s closest relatives in Ukraine has died or is in a state of illness,
life-threatening (if there are documents confirming the fact of this event and family
connections), the Insurer shall bear additional expenses for early return of
The insured person to Ukraine. This service is organized by the Assistance Company. View
transport and return route shall be determined by the Insurer.
3.2.4 Evacuation of children.
If the Insured has an accident or sudden illness and the children
under the age of 18 traveling with her, left unattended, Assistance Company
organizes the return of children to the country of residence, and the Insurer shall bear the relevant
travel expenses. The type of transport and route of return shall be determined by the Insurer.
3.2.5. Replacement of the Insured Person.
If during the Insured person’s business trip abroad the following happens to him/her
an accident or sudden illness that makes it impossible to carry out this
the Insurer shall indemnify for the costs of replacing him/her with another employee
in the amount of the cost of a ticket for a direct flight – by bus, train (2nd class carriage) or
by airplane (economy class). This Insurance certificate shall not apply to a person who
replaced the Insured Person on a business trip.
3.2.6. Assistance in returning the lost baggage to the Insured person during the use
of scheduled air transportation.
3.2.7. Assistance to the Insured in case of loss of personal documents and tickets for
scheduled transportation. In this case, the Insurer shall indemnify for expenses up to EUR 200 (two hundred)
to pay for the services of the Assistance Company related to the issuance of a temporary certificate
of the Insured Person, as well as with cancellation of lost and issuance of new tickets for
return flight to the country of residence. The cost of new tickets is not included in the amount of insurance
payments.
3.3. In case of occurrence of insured events related to provision of services specified in clauses 3.2.2 –
3.2.4 of this chapter, tickets of the Insured person (his/her children) for return travel must be handed over
to a representative of the Assistance Company. Otherwise, the Assistance Company (Insurer) shall
the right to refuse to provide services.
