Dear partners!

Due to the fact that the National Bank of Ukraine has restricted foreign exchange transactions, the Resolution dated February 24, 2022. № 153 https://zakon.rada.gov.ua/laws/show/153-2022-%D0%BF#top

Aristea Tour is forced to make adjustments to the payment procedure for mutual settlements.

1. All payments are accepted exclusively in the Ukrainian national currency (UAH) at the Aristea Tour MOT rate, which is dynamic! Exchange rate fluctuations are beyond the control of Aristea Tour, so the tour operator cannot influence this factor and bear financial responsibility;
2. The account is available in the agent’s personal account from the moment the application is confirmed;
3. Payment is credited only during banking hours from 11:00 to 16:00. If the payment is received after 16:00 of the current day, the operator has the right to credit the funds the next day at the highest rate!
4. The account is valid for one banking day and is updated every day at the current or highest rate of Aristea Tour;
5. A 100% payment is required 21 days before arrival, unless otherwise agreed with the manager.
   Other terms of partial payment are also possible, depending on the tour that is booked.
   *These conditions do not apply to urgent and dynamic bookings that require prompt payment
6. In case of violation of the terms of full payment :
   1) the application is converted at the highest exchange rate from the date of application confirmation to the date of payment;
   2) the invoice is reissued at the highest rate for the full cost of the reservation;
   3) the surcharge is calculated: the new cost of the reservation at the highest rate, minus the amount paid

7. The date of payment is the date of crediting funds to the current account of Aristea Tour. Payments sent during non-operational hours will be credited to the current account of Aristea Tour on the next banking business day. Payments sent on Saturday or Sunday will be credited to Aristea Tour’s current account on Monday (or the next banking day if Saturday is an official holiday) at the Monday exchange rate (or the next banking day if Saturday is an official holiday).
8. When making a payment, you must specify the invoice number and date in the payment purpose.
9. When making payments in installments, all payments must come from the same payer. If the amount is received from different persons, payments are credited only on behalf of the first payer.
10. Payment can be made from a third party, provided that the payer is the person in whose name the invoice is issued or on the basis of the concluded Agency Agreement and the Recommended Agreement with the tourist

11. Payment terms for bookings that fall under the definition of “Early Booking 2024”.
    Ground handling: Turkey, Spain, Montenegro, Croatia, Cyprus, Georgia, Greece*.
    After confirmation, payment – 15%
    35 days before the start of the tour – 30%
    21 days before arrival – 100%
    Please note:
    – exceptions are hotels that are confirmed at the No-Refundable rate, as well as hotels that require full payment 30 days before arrival (for example, the MAXX ROYAL hotel chain) For more information, please contact the managers;
    – in case of violation of the payment schedule, the application is fixed at the exchange rate of the day of confirmation and all invoices, starting from the first day of delay in payment, are calculated at the current exchange rate, but not lower than the exchange rate of the day of confirmation;
    – when booking a package tour, please note that after confirmation, full payment is required to redeem the tickets.

The bank charges a fee:
– Through the bank’s cash desk: 1%, minimum UAH 15 – maximum UAH 50
– Through the terminal and Privat24: 1%, minimum 5 UAH – maximum 50 UAH

If an individual is not a client of a private bank, a 1% fee is charged, minimum UAH 15, maximum UAH 200. This is in addition to the above fee.

This amount is added separately by the payer to the invoice amount.
